Hindi Diwas Hindi Conference (17 September 2016, University of Sydney)

Green Valley Languages and Arts School were honoured to be invited to speak at the Hindi Conference, hosted by the Indian Literary and Art Society of Australia and held at the University of Sydney. The conference had four key sessions, focussing on Hindi education in Australia at University and school level, engaging with Hindi in the media and community, Hindi literature, and Hindi translation and interpretation.

Our Vice Principal, Mrs Vandana Gupta, and one of our teachers who is also an alumni of our school, Mr Aakash Prasad, spoke about our school – who we are, what we offer to the community, and the morals and ethics that drive us to contribute to making confident, multilingual leaders for tomorrow’s multicultural world.
