Our teachers and management team had the first of our Offsite meetings of the year this afternoon. It was fantastic to get together as a team and make sure we're on the same page with our goals, vision, accountabilities and values. In the whole, a very productive afternoon! The achievements of the past 12 months were discussed and reflected upon, and goals for the following 12 months and strategies to achieve these as a team were discussed along with feedback in key areas. The afternoon was well received by staff, and we gained a lot of insight by getting together as a team.
